Henry on Europe negotiations

Further to the Prime Minister’s statement to the House on Wednesday 3rd February Henry said that he felt that the Prime Minister has started to make some really positive progress in terms of renegotiating and redefining our relationship with Europe - but there is still a long way to go.

Henry welcomes the 2015 Queen’s Speech

Commenting on the speech Henry said that; “This is obviously the first Queen’s Speech delivered by Her Majesty on behalf of an incoming majority Conservative Government since 1992 – a whole generation away.Having campaigned myself in the General Election to help secure a better future for Britain I was delighted there was a focus on this in the Speech on both the importance of enterprise and business as well as the public services”.

Stop Grooming in its Tracks

Henry lent his support to an NSPCC campaign to make it a crime for an adult to send a sexual message to a child.

Later Life Ambitions Launch

I was delighted to attend the launch of the Later Life Ambitions, on 2nd September2014, where I joined over 150 people at the House of Commons to hear about the pressing need to listen to the voice of pensioners in the build-up to the next election.
