MP visits Mars factory alongside new plant manager

Henry recently visited Mars’ King’s Lynn factory in order to meet the new plant manager and his team; where he was given a tour of the site and received a full update on Mars’ future investment plans.

Over the next two years Mars will be investing £20million into new production lines, which will allow them to continue to expand and successfully manufacture over 200 pasta and rice based products. Last year was a record breaking year for the site, as it produced an astounding 50,000 tonnes of goods. Incidentally there are currently 21 job vacancies at Mars’ factory which further underlines the strength of our local economy.
